Duncan's Cove began with the memory of leaning into the wind on the outer rocks, where scrub trees bend and cling to the edge of the land. The branches in this piece slash diagonally across a warm, hazy ground, while the canopy breaks apart into flickers of texture, like salt spray catching late light.
